Removing an issue does not redirect to issue list

I just removed one issue and expected to see the issue list after this. But all I got was a white page. Here are the steps that I have done:

1. Create Issue
2. Click 'Edit' on the issue list
3. Click 'Remove' on edit page
4. See an blank page

After doing the steps 1 to 3 there should be a redirect to the issue list.
