5-0-stable - Conflicting behavior on Wall editing

I am not sure if this is a bug or a design decision. However the Wall does not parses markdown any longer. If this is a design decision then there is a bug with the text box where it is still showing markdown/emojis

If it is not a design decision then the markdown parser for the Wall is broken ;)
