Default namespace

It would be great to have a settings, probably in the config, that makes the default namespace for new projects the Global namespace.

This is helpful in a small office setup, everyone can create projects, but most of the time it is a mistake if its created in a personal namespace and just causes a bit of hassel as our less git savvy users have to change all their remotes when the mistake is noticed.
