Add issue title to page title on issue page

On an issue page (e.g. project/issues/888) the page title currently reads

Issue #888 - Namespace / Project | GitLab

I think it would be great to include the issue title as well, like so: Issue #888 - Awesome issue - Namespace / Project | GitLab

This way the user could navigate to a known issue using the browser's autocompletion for page titles. E.g. When the user would type "awesome" the browser would propose this page as a result.
