Difficult to discover where source code is hosted
The first thing I tried was the "Develop" menu and I selected "Inkscape's repositories". However this leads me to this page which appears to be a beginner git tutorial.
I then used the breadcrumb to get back up to the "Develop" page. There's a whole lot of copy on this page. Admittedly, the only copy I actually read was the orange links. The only seemingly relevant link takes me back to the git tutorial.
I tried clicking on the "Contribute" menu, but none of these items sound like what I wanted.
I then tried clicking "Download" and "Source" but this takes me to a tarball.
As a last resort I tried clicking "Download" and then "Development versions" which I was certain was not the page I was looking for, but it was. Except it's a link to Launchpad.
To contrast, when you visit elementary's website, there is a Get Involved link and clicking on Desktop or Web will take you to a section with large buttons.
I know these kinds of story-as-an-issue-report can be annoying, but I figured it was worth listing all the things I tried so that you might consider renaming certain links or cross-linking pages. Cheers!
