Update gcodetools.py (Orientation points calculation)

The dimensions calculated where wrong in 0.92.2 version of inkscape. The hard coded dpi value is now removed. To test: Extentions / gcodetools / result... The result should be an object that is positioned with 0.0; 0.0; 0.0 and 100.0; 0.0; -0.5, where 100.0 should be positioned at 100mm om the document.
