Tweak CI artifact settings
GitLab supports directories in its artifacts
section and will take care of the archiving itself. I'm not sure if it's faster or not, but hopefully it saves a little time. And if GitLab has/gets some optimization for passing artifacts between stages, then it's best not to do the archiving ourselves.
Additionally, I can't tell for sure because dc3fd675607b0bcb01611757b38b73ed4a0ffe50 doesn't have any real description, but I believe the artifacts were only intended for passing between stages. Thus, I marked them to expire after 1 week 1 year (increased after discussion.) It could probably be even shorter, but I left it that long in case of any problems. (You can always mark them to be kept anyway.)
