WIP: Add colord profile directory to cms search paths

colord saves known profiles in ~/.local/share/icc, but inkscape currently only searches ~/.local/share/color/icc for available profiles. This patch adds the colord folder to CMS search paths.

I'm marking this merge request WIP because I'm not sure whether the issue is general or distribution-related (I'm using ArchLinux and I've not been able to find info on folders in the colord documentation, since colord is supposed to answer queries on dbus)
