Backlog

The problem

For now we are placing all issues, that have no kanban stage label in backlog column. So if there is a lot of issues in repo we get a long non prioritized backlog column, so it makes hard to clearly see what actually going on in project and what we should work next.

The solution

Move all issues not marked with stage labels to some "backlog" panel - we can drag issues to actual columns from there, but backlog is not displayed as column on board, may be it should be some kind of side panel. Also we should consider renaming default first column to some other than backlog, may be "Todo".

Please always write out the problem/story in the description. Otherwise this is really annoying for people who are following the project's changes.
