WIP limits

The problem

There is no ability to set WIP limits for stages so we could not really see the bottlenecks in flow and could not plan the capacity.

The solution

We should implement ability to set WIP limits for every stage and show some noisy visual indicator of overcoming those limits, may be we should mark those stage headers with different colors or the whole stage.

@jpahullo It is available in 1.4.7-ee(available in docker and binary), just not announced yet, requires some documentation for setting up

We've updated EE, available on docker hub - leanlabs/kanban:1.5.1-ee and as binary for linux and macos. This release features ability to configure WIP limits via settings on the board (Settings button in top bar).

Nice! The EE for Kanban is free for some days to try it before pay? We currently are using the free edition and we would like to check the enhancements by the WIP, graphs and so. Thanks in advance!
