one of our issue is not appear in kanban view

we've got about hundred issue in one of our project in glitlab.com. we install into a docker container kanban.leanlabs.io.

but one of the issue is not seen in kanban. and we can't do anything! remove, readd labal. remove all label etc. but the issue (which is not closed) not seen in kanban at all.

• is there a soultion?
• is there any way to debug the problem?
• is there any way to update our docker kanban installation? or how can we update it?
