Postfix regexp tables don't recognize addresses like list-confirm+token@example.com
I have installed maxking/docker-mailman. It is almost working, the seemingly major obstacle now is outgoing mail (mail server is postfix). Postfix is on 172.19.199.1. Sending mail into mailman works fine. However, nothing comes out of mailman. I have a list 123liste@klubb.voipduck.com with 2 members.
On mailman-core I get the following in smtp.log: (first the message coming in via LMTP, seems ok)

I have tested with another Postfix server, and the same thing happens there. I doubt that I have found a serious bug, so maybe there is a setting that I have done wrong?. Btw, for testing purposes, is there a way to send messages directly from command line to test the communications?
