Make a small UI to allow user logging & choosing project to export

• add vuejs project inside gitlab-pomodoro with a vue-cli init
• add page to set the private token
• add instructions to help user generating a private token
• store the private token in the local storage
• display the private token to the user
• add page to display projects in which the user is member
• add button for each project to generate the export csv file
