Parse output stream of command

warning-plugin <plugin-thresholds> <command> <arguments>

should disregard the command return value and parse stdout and stderr for warnings in plugin thresholds or in some special json formatted conf file in the root of the project. This will make it a lot more useable than generating log files to parse through plugin
