Missing: how to use gitlab-ci-aptly-cli

Hi,

I am not sure how I would be able to use the provided tools. Should I put the gitlab-ci folder into repo I want to upload from or do I put the curl command from your example into my fork of gitlab-ci-aptly-cli to run?
