When assigning a person to a ticket, don't see team members in Team list

Attaching an example of what I see in app. Also including a list of members from GitLab.

Cut off on the top of this photo are a list of individual users we've added to the project, which are same as what we have in-app. But missing all internal team members from bottom GitLab screenshot.

Would be awesome if these members were also easy to grab in app, and didn't require to search through all.

Additionally, as a nice to have, it'd be awesome if "Assign to self" were an option, ideally at top of table.

I think what the app is doing is showing (only) team members.

But actually, the better thing to do is show (additionally) members in the group the project belongs to.
