Profile pictures don't always appear

Title is relatively self explanatory. Some profile pictures will load and others will not. Typically seen within history tab.

Might be difficult to reproduce but I'll see if I can, stay tuned :)

Agh, still some issues around this in latest build. Going to keep working on it :-)
