Disabled project features are not communicated
When the issues / merge requests are disabled on a repo there is no indication.
The issues tab just stays empty.
The merge requests tab even shows a error message stating it can't retrieve the merge requests (assuming this is because the merge requests are disabled).
Would be nice if either the tabs can't be selected, or even better the "empty" messages state that the feature has been disabled for the project.
