Feature request: restart Intero from vscode

When adding a dependency to my project's cabal file, Intero does not know about it and needs to be restarted to start recognizing the imports. emacs has M-x intero-restart.

Can we provide a way to restart Intero from vscode?

Just realized that vscode's Reload Window command is a good enough workaround. Closing the issue
