Feature Request: Less micromanagement RPD

It would save a HUGE amount of time if you could drop say, a thermal plate or manifold on all five layers of a tile with a single click of the RPD. Maybe instead of selecting which layer you want to build your pipe on, you could instead "toggle" each layer. Then you could choose whatever layers you want, 2 and 5, all, whatever.

Also, it'd be neat if the layer selection wasn't on a per pipe basis. That way if you have layer 5 selected and you click on a new pipe type, the new pipe would be built on layer 5.
