Propose to move the task control toolbar from the summary page to the common page selection panel, above the page buttons.
Also investigate if the downloader can be launched in the UI as the web server user....
Tested by pausing a current task as well as whilst adding new task for BT....

Issue identified with the subroutine used to humanise the sizes before handing off to the web template.
