Get disconnect from server by an error
Before getting disconnected from the server, the game already froze for about 5-10 seconds (A CSQC entity changed its type! (edict: 5504, server: 4363, type: 29 -> 23)).
This happened due to a fall damage kill, which happens regulary to my client. It also often happens with telefrags, void kills, slap kills, or lava kills, but not every time. I have no idea what is causing that.
Approx. a minute or two later I got disconnected with a slight delay from the server with this error:
