Incorrect Link on Issue Share Button

When tabbing on the share button in the menu bar in an issue, the shared link will contain a wrong id. I assume the id which will be shared is the internal GitLab ID and not the project issue ID.

Your right, it is a mix up with the ID and IID but backward. The link is supposed to have the projects IID but it has the global ID instead. I broke that when switching to the v4 API.
