Release

Quite a few changes have been made to the project which are currently in production (i.e. on the release branch/deployed to Heroku), but have not been merged back into master yet.

Some changes included are:

• Gzipping and caching responses
• Fav icons
• Individual blog post pages
• Blog post tags/metadata
• Custom blog post manager (to handle parsing/caching/metadata/etc.)
• Blog post view counter
• Various UI tweaks/improvements

And probably lots of other smaller changes!
