Auto Purchase Base-Minerals

Will auto purchase any base minerals when you are below the set amount (PURCHASE_MINIMUM) in all your rooms combined. The code will try to purchase up to the maximum set (PURCHASE_AMOUNT).

Both PURCHASE_MINERALS and PURCHASE_PRICE allow functions to be used, and the expected parameters and return value are listed above.
