Command reverse keyboard layout.
Key +FL_SUPPORTED is false for en-US language and true for language with setted +FL_REPLACELINE
Algorithm search symbol in first half of +FL_REPLACE and replaces with symbol in second part (symbol in position i replaced on symbol in position i + length / 2)
