Patch: created duration humanizer

It should humanize all durations and could be used in some better way. It fixes two issues with translations and fixes almost everything related to it in future.

Actually, this thing should not be used to non-durations, because these values are not calculated in any ways - only some given to calculate, nothing more.

Some months are not 31 day, some years are not 365 days, soooooooooooooooooo.....

But okay, this gonna work for now
