Allow User Installs Instead of System-Wide Installs
Currently, Tadman forces the user to have root access in order to build a package and install a package. This should not be the case, especially since building as root just makes deletion of compiled code all the more difficult.
In fact, I feel that this should not be the case by default. In some cases, it is better practice to simply install a package to the user's PATH rather than the system path. But of course, a system-wide install should still be available through a --system
flag or something of the sort.
