Store wd_map in bytecode format
Currently the wd_map
is a global, instead this needs to be a local that we prefix the bytecode with so that the VM gets the symbol table.
This means we can uncouple the compiler and VM so we can load up blacklight bytecode files and execute them.
Might need to do some similar for the instruction set since it's currently in-flux and the op bytes are nondeterministic.
