The source project of this merge request has been removed.
2nd merge try. The current version of neb is the original neb version.
I have added formula 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 from Paper I and formula 5 from Paper II to neb.py. The equations are also indicated in python-file.
This include removing eq 1 from Paper I which is the old way of estimating the tangent and replacing it with eq 2 from Paper I. This was not clear before sorry.
