Add Dangerfile syntax highlighting on GitLab

GitLab has some neat features, for example you can specify which highlighter for a file or extension it should use. So the Dangerfile is most of a time a ruby file, isn't it? (does the JavaScript support also uses Dangerfile or does it use Dangerfile.js?)
