Support pumps without a pumping station

Quite often there will be a case that a pump is the only pump in a pumping station, so when modelling you do not want to put it in a pumping station. Furthermore, for very creative constraints going outside what the rtc-tools hydraulic structures toolbox supports, it is easier to apply custom constraints on pumps instead of nested pumps.
