Update dropbox uploader and readme
requested to merge fboaventura/curriculumvitae-ci-boilerplate:update-dropbox-uploader-and-readme into master
Updated the dropbox_uploader script with the new version from https://github.com/andreafabrizi/Dropbox-Uploader, since it now supports API2 from DropBox.
Also updated the README.md to add a brief note on how to setup and use the uploader.
This patch addresses Issue #4 (closed)
