Goals:

• Make Package Manager to auto require is own dependencies during first run and add them to the required-packages.pkg.
• Automatically add to file required-packages.pkg any package required when we invoke require from command line or auto require it from within any script at first run.
• When cloning required packages, pretty print a list of the packages installed.
