App browser should list apps from other certain other repos as well: archive, guardian, etc.

Seems like the browser does only list packages from our own repo. However, since guardian projects repo is enabled by default, the app browser should list those apps as well. Sometimes we link from one app in the repo to another in guardians repo which results in "Application not found". Also we should add the archive repos, while making it visible distinguishable and discouraging use.
