Clean up app lists on front page

Removes the underline when hovering. It was problematic because all the text got underlined regardless of where the user hovered. For example, if the user hovers over the icon or the license, then the app name is shown.

This also reduces the size of the icon and the text slightly, but only if the app is dispilayed in a sidebar widget.

Finally, it also fixes some weirdness around the left-margin on the license. Instead this puts the license in parentheses.
