Unobtrusively prompt user to donate after several updates
After an app has been updated more than once (or perhaps twice to not seem pushy), then F-Droid should unobtrusively show the option of donating to a particular app. This can be done via the Updates tab as per these mockups:
Some considerations:
- The user should be able to say "No thanks" and it shouldn't prompt them again (i.e. it should persist this fact to the database).
- It should not all of a sudden prompt to donate to all 150 apps installed on someones device.
- Perhaps it should only select one or two apps at a time?
- It could also rotate which apps are shown.
- It probably doesn't need to appear in the red updates badge, unless perhaps priv-ext and auto-update are enabled, in which case the user will never have a need to visit that tab.
- Obviously it should only show apps which have donation options available.
- This should use the same logic as the app details view, i.e. if you don't have a bitcoin wallet app, then bitcoin-only donations should not be shown to the user.
