what happened to "Ignore This Update" vs "Ignore All Updates?"
THIS WAS WRONGLY CLOSED OUT.
LAST F-DROID VERSION TO EXHIBIT Ignore THIS Update and Ignore ALL Updated was v0.58.
WHEN PRESENT, these two choices were listed one above the other, when displaying all available versions of ANY given app.
I want and need IGNORE THIS UPDATE in order to bea able to EXCLUDE SPECIFIC VERSIONS of APPS from notifying me of an update available a) when I know that the specific version doesn't work properly for me and I have ROLLEDBACK, and/or b) when I don't want to waste my time with EXPLICIT BETA VERSIONS (but aren't most Android apps really betas, no matter what the devs may claim?). In these cases, I do NOT want to ignore ALL updates, I only want to ignore the specific versions that I am not happy with.
NOW, THE ONLY IGNORE OPTION PRESENT IS TO Ignore ALL Updates. I also nmed Ignore THIS update returned to service.
Since v0.59, f-droid no longer has an option to ignore a specific version of an app update, "Ignore This Update." All I can find now is "Ignore All Updates."
IF IGNORE THIS UPDATE is present, Mr Marti, then tell me exactly where it is to be found in any f-droid >v0.59. You tell me where it's been moved to, because it isn't anywhere adjacent to Ignore ALL updates.
Why the change? Can we get "Ignore This Update" back into fdroidclient?
Thanks.
