Toast when no new updates on repo refresh

Right now there's no feedback when you update the repo but you already have the latest version (unless you're keen enough to notice the statusbar icon quickly appear and disappear.

I think instead there should be a toast, "No updates in repo" or "You have the latest updates" or something like that.
