Fix formatting for "Updated x time ago" (fixes #1064)

I messed up the order of weeks vs months, thats fixed with this MR. I have confirmed that this fixes the examples of App Details shown in #1064 (closed).

However, I couldnt figure out how to see the last updated time in the updates tab (on latest master). Was that functionality removed?
