Small swap repo fixes

This fixes an important bug introduced on 0.85-test where you can no longer add new repos by sending a URL to FDroid. This includes swap repos. It was introduced in c52262a4057f8a86a1082e4cfbab4e70ff195daf.

The other two commits are small issues.
