Remove FOSS gradle flavor as target

username-removed-48460 requested to merge micu/fdroiddata:micu/BVApp-rm-gradle-flavor into master

Favors have been removed in the BVApp. Therfore, the gradle command is set to "yes" instead of the "foss" flavor.

PS: That alone won't fix the build, as the gradle files have to be updated, but that will happen in the original repository.
