Add Elpe Efpe

Hope everything is ok? this is my first ever android app so it might be a total failure :D

I was unable to test it (it works when I deployed it from android studio) but the resulting artifact from fdroid build could not be parsed even though build reported success. I assume this is due to missing certificates or stuff like that?
