update greenbits wallets to latest version

username-removed-40219 requested to merge greenaddress/fdroiddata:update_greenbits_wallets into master

This updates GreenBits for mainnet and testnet to tag r1.89

It also removes some non relevant comments since now the app doesn't ship with any prebuilt shared library. lint, metadatarewrite and test on fdroid server build all passed but I had to install the latest build-tools and support tools.
