Add Build for Mercury 1.2.1

I'm not 100% sure how your build process works, but d807072d67b02896efca7937be1c5d747d2f5d1d does not seem to have updated the app; before this change, running fdroid -v -l it.skarafaz.mercury built version 1.1.3 (the one currently in your repo), but after the change it built the desired 1.2.1.
