WIP: Add Anecdote

Early MR, the build didn't pass yet because of

ERROR: Found unknown maven repo 'https://maven.fabric.io/public' at app/build.gradle
ERROR: Found unknown maven repo 'https://maven.fabric.io/public' at app/build.gradle
ERROR: Found unknown maven repo 'http://dl.bintray.com/countly/maven' at app/build.gradle

I've already remove Crashlytics/Fabric from dependencies but forget about the plugin so it should be solved soon, but it will be cool to whitelist countly repository as the Countly Android SDK is open-source
