Update description and ver pattern of davdroid

Also partly revert https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/merge_requests/1880 . No need to help them kick out a competitor software from the existing description, especially as the statement there that Davdroid is now mention Nextcloud instead of ownCloud is not true like seen on e.g. https://davdroid.bitfire.at/ or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=at.bitfire.davdroid

One could argue that this playstore text doesn't match the changed description part at all. But i guess this is a too political topic to discuss here.
