New client for the Mastodon social network

Mousetodon is my new client for the Mastodon social network. Compared to other clients (Tusky, 11t...) it has unique features such as language detection and multi-instance support. It also does not use 3rd-party libs, in particular Firebase.

The F-droid lint CI runner passes just fine.
