SMS Filter version 1.3 (+ fixed website URL)

Hi,

This I think should be the final merge request for the SMS Filter app.

I've corrected the website URL and added version 1.3, which targets android-18 (rather than the old android-8).

Don't be polite. Tell me if something is wrong and we'll fix it. :-)
