Gobandroid: Link directly to the commit log

A link to release notes / changelog / "What's new" is generally useful, see issue #113 (closed).

Gobandroid does not have a separate changelog, so I am linking to the commit log. This also reminds me not to search for a changelog file each time Gobandroid is updated.
